The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region has announced the allocation of (5000) seats for MA and Ph.D. studies for the academic year 2019-2020 and decided that applying for postgraduate studies will start on Sunday, 5/1/2020 until 1/26/2020 instead of 1/19/2020.

Likewise, the date for testing scientific capabilities had been postponed to the date of 2/2/2020 as it was scheduled to be held on the twenty-sixth of this month.

It is noteworthy that the application will be electronically via a link that will be developed by the official websites of the universities of the region.
